Located in the Florida House 4134, this vacation villa with private pool has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and its sleeps up to 8 people. The house has been beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated, and we’re sure you’ll love it. One thing you’ll quickly notice are the vaulted ceilings and the wooden floors that run throughout. There are two living rooms: the formal and informal living room. The formal living room is at the front of the house and has two tan sofas for you and others to sit down on and have a quiet conversation.
The informal living room is at the back of the house and, with its high ceilings, feels large and airy. Light just floods through the large windows and brightens everything up. There are two sofas for everyone to relax on, and there’s a large flat screen TV, which is perfect for watching a good movie...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
