Located about 1 hour from São Paulo, our farm with a wooded area of 72,000 m2 is the ideal refuge for those looking to escape the routine.
Accommodates up to 20 people comfortably in 2 houses, one main with 4 bedrooms and another guest house with 3 bedrooms. It has a large leisure area with barbecue, oven and wood stove, swimming pool, two lakes, cinema room, wine cellar, fireplace, vegetable garden, chicken coop, football field and plenty of space to walk amid nature.
- The additional house can only be used for reservations with more than 12 guests.
- Small pets are allowed, subject to prior consultation. An additional fee will be charged.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - The additional house can only be used for reservations with more than 13 guests.
- - Visits are not allowed
- - We allow small pets, on request.
- - A security deposit of R$2.000,00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before making your reservation. This can influence the final value.
