Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present Orlando Villa 1000. Beautiful 2 story home with private pool in the gated community of Highgate Park. There is a big formal living room and dining room. The large and very bright kitchen has a huge eat in space, and island and lots of counter space.
The breakfast bar divides the kitchen and family room, which has slider doors to the pool area. No rear neighbors close to the patiopool area. The pool is South facing! There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 of which have an ensuite bathroom. The 2 other rooms share a bathroom.
There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet and the master bathroom has a tub, dual vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have a king and a queen-size bed. The Fourth bedroom has two single beds. The utility room is upstairs and washer and dryer convey with the property!...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
