This modern house is set over 2 floors, boasting a lovely private garden and sleeps 5 people in a leafy and quiet neighbourhood LIVING ROOM Enter the house directly into the spacious living room offering a comfortable sitting area consisting of 2 sofas, 1 armchairs, a coffee table, a working fireplace and a TV. The room is decorated with plants and artwork and also features a study area with a desk and bookshelves. KITCHEN Adjoining the living room is the modern kitchen, featuring a fridge, freezer, gas hobs, oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and a Nesspresso coffee machine. The dining table sits 6 people comfortably. The combined washing machine and dryer is also located in a cupboard in the kitchen. Through the back doors you can access the private garden. WC A WC with a single wash basin is located on the ground floor, next to the living room and kitchen. FIRST BEDROOM Located on the first floor, this room features a king sized bed, bedside cabinets, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a small TV. The windows look over the private garden. SECOND BEDROOM This room is also located on the first floor and is fitted with white furniture, including a double bed, bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a vanity desk. THIRD BEDROOM (BABY ROOM) Perfect for families traveling with children, this bedroom is fitted with a baby cot, a changing table, shelves and a wardrobe. A single fold out bed with memory foam mattress is available to sleep one adult or child here, if needed. SHARED BATHROOM Located on the first floor, this bathroom is fitted with a WC, a single wash basin and a combined bath tub and shower. GARDEN The private garden can be accessed through the kitchen’s back doors and is fitted with a table, chairs and benches, perfect for meals al fresco. The garden is carefully decorated with plants and flower and features a BBQ as well. There is artificial grass in the garden to complete the space. Home truths: No smoking, pets or parties! Please note, this home is set over 2 floors and there is no lift in the property. The temporary bed is a single fold out bed with memory foam mattress which can be placed in the third bedroom, if needed.
