vacation home is for you! Being only one house from the lovely beaches of Anna
Maria Island and three houses to Tampa Bay you can enjoy all the waterways the
Island has to offer! This is a historical cottage that has been totally
remodeled for your enjoyment.
Sink into the beautiful sofa, have a superb night’s rest in comfortable beds
and choose just to laze or sip a cocktail on either the backyard hammock or
the wrap around front porch. It has a master bedroom and two well-appointed
guest bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and two Twin beds with a door to access
the back yard.
There is also an ensuite bath with shower only and stackable washer/dryer. The
second guest room has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom. The third guest

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Guests must be 25 years old to book.
