Coconut Breeze is a beautifully renovated duplex only a short 5 minute walk to
the beach. Coconut Breeze is finished in a beach style with tile throughout
with custom cabinets & granite counter tops. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground
level property is just like home, modernly furnished with all the bells &
whistles. It sleeps 4 guests in total. The back of the villa opens up to the
private, tropical pool area featuring a built in Tiki Bar and Waterfall. The
master bedroom features a King size bed with ensuite bathroom and french doors
leading to the front of the home. The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed.
In the tropical pool area there is a 6 foot privacy fence and matured
landscape creating great privacy between you and the neighbors. This vacation
rental is close to shopping, dining and hop the free trolley and explore from
Bradenton Beach to the city of Anna Maria.
