Located in the picturesque village of Ampelas and only 10m from the sea. You will enjoy great uninterrupted sea views and be able to swim in one of the many beaches of Ampelas, all within walking distance.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 persons.
It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and is ideal for young children.
The shaded terrace, which the villa enjoys, offers fabulous sea views, providing an ideal location for al fresco meals or evening cocktails with the moon and lights of Naxos island flicker across the sea.
You have complete access to all the villa areas and garden
As much or as little as you want. We are not always staying on the premises, however we are only a phone call/email for anything you need.
The small fishing village of Ampelas is ideal for relaxing and enjoying local fresh fish in the tavernas nearby

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Optional services:
- Crib: 30 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- Baby high chair: included in the price. Max. quantity: 1.
- - Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
