The apartment is on the first floor. Wonderful materials and a simple yet modern interior will make you feel like being in a grand suite of an urban chic hotel! It has a stylish and comfortable bedroom and a beautiful bathroom with a rainfall shower. A spacious living room and an open plan design kitchen. It also has has natural gas which means hot water and heating anytime you like, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher. It heated by and independent natural gas boiler.
Koukaki is your neighbourhood if you want to be in a hip area filled with coffee shops, restaurants and bars, have the historical centre and other points of interest nearby and have easy access to any means of public transport.

You can’t be more in the center of “what’s happening” than here. You will be next to the Acropolis and Plaka area which means that you can do everything on foot. The apartment is ideally located for Athens visitors. Just a 2-minute walk from the Syggrou metro station and the Museum of Modern Art, a 10-minute walk to Plaka and very close to a number of eateries, bars and shops.
All the important sight are around the corner. The Sygrou-Fix metro station is a 2-min walk. There are taxis around 24/7. If you want to hit Athens’ beaches you can walk for 5’ to the tram stop.
