THINGS TO KNOW -Please be aware that the Russian River area has many narrow, windy roads, and that many homes are on hills and some have many stairs. If either of these factors could be an issue for you, please discuss your concerns with us before booking a home. -Docks, river access, and watercraft (if applicable) are seasonal. Please contact us for details on availability. -This home does not have AC. -Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming platforms. -Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed. -This property is managed by Property Manager Seasonal Inc. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
