The Home
Typical Mallorcan finca in Felanitx with a 3,700 m² garden surrounded by olive groves and other trees. There is a large pool, 11 x 6 m and 1.70 m deep, and a fountain. The terrace is ideal for enjoying outside dining as it has a BBQ and wood oven.
The special furniture gives the 295 m² house its very special style. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with a double bed, the third has 2 single beds so there is room for 6 people in the house. The house has 4 bathrooms.
There is a spacious living room and a large kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
On cooler days you will be able to use the fireplace or the heat pump heater; for warmer days there is air conditioning in the house. There is also a safe, WIFI connection and satellite TV in the house....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
