We already have two units for short term rental and because they are so popular - we are adding a third! It will be Unit #4 which is on the main level. It has the same layout as Oak St Getaway - it’s just flipped and has different furnishings! 3 BR / 2 Bath Apartment. The exterior of the building is as shown - as are the areas of the surrounding area of Green Cove Springs, FL. The Owners Suite has a King Size Bed and En Suite Bath with walk in shower. The other 2 guest bedrooms both have Queen Size Beds.
Nestled along Hwy 17 in between Jacksonville & Palatka is the beautiful little town of Green Cove Springs. The St Johns River bends along the waterway here and the area is sheltered by the gorgeous green trees that surround the area. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
