Looking for a great get away in a cozy pool home – then we have just the place for you! Beautifully wooded ½ acre lot featuring a home that has the look & feel of an authentic English Cottage. Hand carved woodwork imported from England, in the kitchen, wet bar and living room. Fenced in backyard pool and BBQ area is a great place to relax & unwind and feel like you are a world away! This home features 3 Bedrooms, the owner’s suite on the main level with a King Size Bed and two 2nd floor bedrooms with queen size beds as well as a Kids Bonus Room & TV/DVD with movies! The sunken living room is a cozy place to hang out for the evening, or head up to the loft above to read a book or put a puzzle together. There is also a separate desk area if you have to do a little work during your stay. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
