Come and visit us in Jacksonville Beach and stay in this beautifully decorated townhome! Such a light & airy place - great backyard for relaxing after a day at the beach - super comfortable bedrooms and a cozy living/kitchen area that provides you everything you need for your get away! Beach Lovers will love being so close to the beach - and we provide the gear so you don’t have to figure out how to bring it with you! A quick 4 block walk pulling the beach wagon we provide, loaded up with 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, beach towels, 2 small beach umbrellas and your toes are in the sand. Probably should pack your sun block though! For our more adventurous guests - maybe grab the kayaks or surfboards and have a go! *of course use of these items is at your own risk. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
