Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- TV
- Our TV's are Smart TV's. You will be able to log into applications like Netflix, Hulu, HBO with your login credentials.
- We also have Premium Youtube TV- 100+ channels across live sports, news, and entertainment in English and Spanish. Smart TV + local channels.
- TRASH
- Trash day is Thursday morning. Please make sure all trash are in trash bins with lids on. Do not leave any trash out (uncovered) as this can attract some unwanted critters.

- PARKING
- Our driveway can fit 1 car. Street parking is also available; no permits needed. Just please remember to double check street parking rules.
- Please also note, the driveway dips from street to driveway so be aware when pulling in & out of the driveway.
- PETS
- We allow pets with an additional fee and confirmation prior to reservation.
- INFANTS/ KIDS
- We allow children of all ages! But we do not supply any infant/ child amenities, and the home is not child proofed.
