The Space: Casa Tequila, is a stunning 2 BDR / 2 BA condo at Mavila. Located just 20 minutes driving from downtown Cabo San Lucas, it is the perfect place to entertain and enjoy great benefits. This brand new property is tastefully decorated with an open concept, cozy living room with a sleeping sofa bed for extra space and fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances that include: dishwasher, oven, and cookware. The private terrace offers you the perfect place to relax while enjoying your own BBQ or just sunbathing! Sleeping arrangements are as follows: - The master bedroom has a King size bed and direct access to the outdoor terrace where you can enjoy drinks at night under starry skies. For your convenience it has an en suite bathroom with double vanity and smart tv. - Guest bedroom has two single beds, smart tv, and also en suite bathroom. Mavila is a village-like setting with pathways and gardens leading to spacious 2 or 3 story town home buildings designed for comfort, enjoyment. Casa Tequila is just steps away from the beautiful community swimming pool, jacuzzi, shaded seating, as well as paths for walking and biking. The Neighborhood: Mavila is located within Quivira, an exclusive Luxury development just 20 min from downtown. Quivira sits on one of the best golf courses in Latin America "Quivira Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and Near-by resorts: Pueblo bonito Sunset Beach which is a family-friendly resort and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica which is an adults-only resort. Getting Around: If you plan to explore Cabo and surroundings we recommend you renting a car. Let us know and we can help arrange. Being Quivira a Resort area, Uber entrance is a bit restricted, consult Copala Concierge before booking Uber into the development. Taxis are available 24/7 Parking is complimentary at the premises if you rent a car. To/From Copala: - San José del Cabo International Airport (SJD) 50 min - Cabo San Lucas Downtown 20 min - Medano Beach 25 min - Closest Grocery store 15 min - Costco 25 min Other Things to Note: This beautiful condo is located in the second floor and there is no elevator, so you will need to climb the stairs. Mavila is a NON smoking community, smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including pool and green areas. Smoking is allowed only in the Condo’s terrace as long as cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from security deposit. We strongly recommend our guests to rent a car, as transportation to nearby downtown, communities or resorts is limited to Taxis. UBER is not allowed into the community for pick-ups, however it is allowed for drop-offs if you take an UBER in town. Option to move inside Quivira community is by Taxi which usually charges $10 USD from Mavila to the resorts. To avoid additional security deposit charges, this reservation includes damage protection. After confirmation, the Property Manager will provide a link to complete the one-time $50 fee.
