The apartment has a surface area of 200 square metres and is located in a residential area in the city centre. It can accommodate up to 12 people and is situated on the first floor.
There are five bedrooms in total, three of which are triple bedrooms with a double and a single bed each, and the other two being furnished one with a double, the other with a bunk bed. Two of the triple bedrooms face towards a pleasant balcony. From the bright master bedroom, arranged with antique furniture and flooded by light entering through the windows on two sides, the large terrace can be accessed directly, as well as through the third triple bedroom.
For a maximum of comfort, there are three separate bathrooms, each complete with a glass shower box and refined with decorative mosaic and high quality tiles.
The kitchen is completely furnished with state-of-the-art utensils and kitchen equipment: dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer are all available to you.
On cold winter days the large living room with its comfortable sofas in front of the 55" Smart TV is the ideal place to come together. The large dining table offers space for all 12 guests.
On warm summer days you can instead fully enjoy the large terrace of 100 square metres, furnished with a dining table and an outside sitting area, where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing in the city.
