Finca Cas Concarrí is a typical Mallorcan country house from the 19th century that has retained the charm of the old island houses. A few of the old elements that were used earlier are still intact. The adjoining house is completely independent and the outdoor area is also separated by a wall. Some parts of the house are almost exactly as they once were and others - like the bathrooms or the pool area - have been restored a few years ago to offer guests maximum comfort. Another feature of the old country houses are the thick walls that insulate the house and thus offer a pleasant coolness inside.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- From 01/01 to 04/30: 0.55 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 15 years old).
- From 05/01 to 10/31: 2.2 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 15 years old).
- From 11/01 to 12/31: 0.55 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 15 years old).

- Heating: 25 EUR per day. Applicable seasons: from 01-01 to 04-30, from 10-01 to 12-31.
- Crib: included in the price. Max. quantity: 1.
- Baby high chair: included in the price. Max. quantity: 1.
