Villa Monte was completed in the spring of 2020 and is brand new to our collection for the summer season ofSituated in a tranquil position in the Faralya area with sweeping natural landscape views villa Monte will give guests the perfect peaceful family retreat. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that is unseen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience privacy on their holiday. The infinity pool sits at the front of the villa beyond a shaded terrace with outdoor dining area and looks out onto vast green mountains with no buildings in sight. At one end of the pool a shallow end has been designed for sunbeds to sit in the water.
The interior design of the villa has been inspired by it’s natural environment and the use of stone and wood is featured in each room. On the ground floor is an open-plan living room and fully fitted kitchen with feature fireplace and indoor seating and dining space. Sliding doors connect the living space to the outside terrace and views of the pool and green landscapes can be enjoyed from this room. The villa has two en-suite bedrooms, one twin which is adjacent to the living space on the ground floor which opens directly to the pool. The luxury en-suite is situated on the first floor with a high ceiling, private sauna and jacuzzi positioned perfectly to admire the view and a shaded balcony.
The Kirme neighbourhood where villa Monte is located is in an area of sloping terrain and is 5 km from Faralya village center and 12 km from Ölüdeniz center. Due to it’s tranquil position guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car.
Villa Monte is situated close to another two of our featured villas; Villa Oliver and villa Bello. For groups who wish to rent more than one villa close together we invite you to explore these two villas.

Details: The pool can heated and can be adjusted for an additional fee of 170Euro per week. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.
Please note that the pool has now been updated with an opening/closing system to allow the pool to be used 12 months a year. Please see the updated photos.

Note: The deposit amount for this villa is 200 Euro. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to Property Manager’s property damage policy.
Additional DEP fee €100.00 (Price per stay) must be paid at location.
