Our house is located in a cluster of 15 houses, which share a very large pool area, barbecue to share

The green areas of the subdivisions are beautiful, between the houses you have fountains that have lights at night, the houses resemble the Italian towns of Tuscany, the green gardens are beautiful to spend a beautiful time with the family. Enjoy the beautiful pool and lounge chairs.
The main bedroom has 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed as follows: 2 double beds and one single bed and its own bathroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
