The Space: Located in the 4.5-star CityLife Hotel, this stylish, 63 sqm apartment offers couples, business travellers or groups of up to three a spacious retreat in the heart of the city. Fresh, modern decor makes you feel right at home, with a super queen bed in the separate bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the designer-inspired living room. A dining table is perfect for intimate meals or doing some work with super-fast, unlimited internet, along with city views from the window. Stock up on fresh, local produce from the markets and put your chef’s hat on to cook in the full kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooktop, oven and microwave. You’ll even find home laundry facilities, along with a vacuum, towels, linens and anything else you may need. After a day of exploring, take a soak in the full-size bathtub, a swim in the on-site pool or get active in the gym. Guest Access: We’ll welcome you in person in the lobby, give you the keys and show you to the apartment between 2pm and 10pm please let us know time of your arrival. If you’d like to check in after 10pm, you can do so by online ordering a transfer from Auckland Airport. It includes a meet and greet, transport with an accredited taxi partner and drop off at the apartment with check-in instructions. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to use this service, which is just $69. Other Things to Note: Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more. Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from a secure location in the Viaduct (95 Customs St W), which is a 5 minute walk or 5 min drive away from the apartment. They provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with ID provided for guests over 18 years of age. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions. Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available. Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $50 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you. Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability. Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the apartment but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf. Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use. Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (_x shampoo, _x bodywash, _x tea/coffee, _x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement. Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay. Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am. This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service. House Rules: We want you to enjoy your stay in every way possible and we love to have a good time as much as you do! However, in the interest of our neighbours and our beautiful apartment, this is a ‘no parties and no smoking’ zone. K’ Road is the place to be for late-night adventures.
