LOCATION: Just a block away from the beach 250 Collins is where you want to be for your time in Miami. When you’re done at the beach explore the many other parks, museums, and restaurants that are all within walking distance.
The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
APARTMENT: These are two separate, side-by-side 2-bedroom apartments. Although they don’t connect internally, the entrances are adjacent to each other. Each unit have its own living space and kitchen. The two separate apartment sleeps 12 guests in a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
