Villa Karousa is a modern three-storey villa of 430 sq.m., in the picturesque village of Anafonitria, Zakynthos and can accommodate up to 11 people. Built with comfort, luxury and privacy in mind, the villa is situated in a secluded and privileged location with ample space, unobstructed sea and mountain views and private entrance with parking spaces.
The villa consists of three levels, with stunning views to the endless blue of the Ionian Sea and the spacious surrounding area. Its modern, simple yet luxurious design guarantees unforgettable holidays of high standards.
Τhe first floor features a very spacious and bright area where the living room and the fully equipped kitchen unfold in an open-plan space. Also on the same floor there is a w.c and an ensuite room with a double bed overlooking the pool area and a balcony to enjoy the beauty of the landscape and the very welcomed summer breeze in the afternoon or night hours....

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- • Climate tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival, as no bank or card commissions can be applied. The climate tax is 10 euros per night.
- • The cleaning service takes place every 3 days.
- • Tap water is not drinkable.
