The Home
The Villa is a modern residence of 120 sq.m. in Kalpaki, Zakynthos that can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa has a private entrance, parking spaces and is located in a quiet area overlooking Zakynthos Airport.
As we move inside the villa there is a spacious living room with fireplace overlooking the lush garden and the pool. In the same area there is a fully equipped kitchen and a renovated bathroom. The house consists of three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms have twin beds, TV, air conditioning and large closets with a shared balcony overlooking the back of the house and the green surroundings. The third smaller bedroom has a double bed and a window overlooking the garden. There is also a bathroom next to this room.
The residence also offers a large, fully furnished terrace where you can enjoy any of your daily meals and special summer moments with your loved ones.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- • Please note that pool heating is available on request at an extra charge of EUR 30 per night.
- • Climate tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival, as no bank or card commissions can be applied. The climate tax is 10 euros per night.
- • The cleaning service takes place every 3 days.
- • Tap water is not drinkable.
