Zante Sunny Villa II

The Villa is a modern residence of 120 sq.m. in Kalpaki, Zakynthos that can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa has a private entrance, parking spaces and is located in a quiet area overlooking Zakynthos Airport. As we move inside the villa there is a spacious living room with fireplace overlooking the lush garden and the pool. In the same area there is a fully equipped kitchen and a renovated bathroom. The house consists of three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms have twin beds, TV, air conditioning and large closets with a shared balcony overlooking the back of the house and the green surroundings. The third smaller bedroom has a double bed and a window overlooking the garden. There is also a bathroom next to this room. The residence also offers a large, fully furnished terrace where you can enjoy any of your daily meals and special summer moments with your loved ones. In the garden, you will also find a barbecue, a bicycle, table tennis, a pool table, a swing, and a toddler’s playground. The beautiful garden and the pool area make this place a worthwhile choice for your holidays. At a distance of 1 km, there is a supermarket, a bakery and a patisserie. Kalpaki is a quiet area but close to the popular tourist resort of Laganas (4 km). You can rent a boat and see the famous caretta-caretta turtles or opt for any of the numerous guided tours. You can also visit one of the most popular and worth visiting places on the island called Marathonisi, a small island in the shape of a turtle with a beautiful sandy beach and crystal-clear waters. You can also find countless dining options and a variety of tourist shops. The city of Zakynthos is at a distance of 8 km and other nearby and worth visiting destinations are Agios Sostis and Keri. Good to know • Pool heating is available on request (at least 5 days prior to check-in day) at an extra charge of EUR 30 per night. • Climate tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival, as no bank or card commissions can be applied.
