Beaches and urban centers such as Malaga capital, Marbella or Fuengirola are also less than an hour away by car.
You will not have problems accessing the accommodation and you will be able to store your vehicle outdoors but within the fully fenced plot. You can access the pool, barbecue and outdoor area from both sides of the house or through the accommodation’s living room, which is the first room along with access to the large kitchen. You can enjoy lunches both in the living room and outdoors, without disturbing those who want to rest.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
