Le Nid Cozy is a spacious 76m² apartment ideally located between the historic center of Colmar and the train station.
Completely renovated at the start of 2022, it has been tastefully decorated and fitted out in a chic and cozy atmosphere.
The accommodation consists of a large bright living room with a first terrace with an unobstructed view of Place Stanislas, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, hob, extractor, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle, a bathroom with shower, wc and washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a second terrace overlooking the back of the building, in a quiet area.
The accommodation has a private closed garage and underground at 300m.
Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
