Property Manager is proud to present Fethiye Villa 1006.
A privileged holiday pleasure awaits you with its unique nature view…
Fethiye Villa 1006, built on a high position overlooking Patara Beach, will make your holiday unforgettable with its breathtaking unique view.
Patara Beach is the longest sandy beach in the region. It is an ideal choice for those who want to do windsurfing due to its shallow sea and almost non-stop wind. Patara Beach is also the home of the world-famous Caretta Caretta turtles…
The closest market to Fethiye Villa 1006 is in the towns of Kumluova and Karadere, which are 4 km away. Since Turkey’s longest sandy beach Patara Beach is 8 km away and Kalkan center is 25 km away , we strongly recommend that you, our guests who will stay in our villa, come by car, as there is no public transportation service in the area.
All rooms of our villa, which has 4 rooms in total, are spacious, designed to high standards, and there is a sea view from all rooms. In addition, our villa, which has a lush garden of 1000 m2, will have a breathtaking view of nature under your feet. Ideal for large families and groups of friends, Villa Patara can host up to 9 guests.

About the area
Fethiye, located on the Turquoise Coast of Turkey, is a treasure trove of natural beauty, ancient history, and serene beaches that make it a compelling destination for travelers. The town is nestled in a sheltered bay with stunning mountain backdrops and boasts some of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the country.
One of the main attractions in Fethiye is the Lycian rock tombs, including the impressive Tomb of Amyntas, which dates back to the 4th century BC. These ancient tombs are carved directly into the cliff faces and offer a window into the area's rich history. The Fethiye Museum also provides further insight into the region's past with artifacts from the Lycian, Roman, and Ottoman periods.
For beach lovers, the famous Ölüdeniz Beach, with its blue lagoon and pebble shores, is a short distance away. Paragliding from the Babadağ Mountain offers breathtaking views of the lagoon and is a must-do for adventure seekers. Butterfly Valley, a secluded beach accessible only by boat or via a challenging hike, is another natural wonder where you can relax or swim in crystal-clear waters.
The ghost town of Kayaköy, abandoned after a population exchange between Greece and Turkey in the 1920s, provides a haunting yet fascinating day trip. Visitors can wander through hundreds of deserted houses and churches in a beautiful hillside setting.
Fethiye's harbor is a lively spot where traditional wooden gulets dock alongside luxury yachts. From here, you can embark on a variety of boat trips to explore the numerous islands and hidden coves along the coast. The town's fish market is a culinary highlight where you can select fresh seafood to be cooked at nearby restaurants.
The weekly market in Fethiye is a colorful and bustling affair where you can find everything from spices and textiles to local produce and crafts. It's an excellent place to experience the local culture and practice your haggling skills.
For those looking to hike, the Lycian Way trail starts near Fethiye and offers some of the most scenic trekking in Turkey, with ancient ruins and stunning coastal views along the way.
In summary, Fethiye is a destination that caters to a variety of tastes, whether you're interested in ancient history, outdoor adventures, or simply soaking up the sun on beautiful beaches. Its combination of natural wonders, historical sites, and vibrant culture ensures a memorable visit for any traveler.
