Our villa, which attracts attention with its architectural structure, offers you, our guests, an extremely comfortable accommodation. It has a spacious living area with 3 bedrooms, an open kitchen and a large living room, furnished with carefully selected comfortable furniture. Located 200 meters from the sea, our villa is 2-3 minutes away from Kalkan city center by car and 15 minutes on foot. Our villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds for 2 people, and can comfortably accommodate 7 people in total, with the possibility of opening the sofa in the living room. Its location embracing the landscape and the beautiful atmosphere it will make you feel will not be erased from your memories for a long time. Pool: In the garden, there is a private swimming pool measuring 7.5 x 4 meters, 30 m2 and 1.50 meters deep. Garden: There is a swimming pool, waterfall, sunbathing area, shower, 6 sun loungers, 3 umbrellas, a garden table for 6 people and a barbecue in the private garden. Free Services: Reception, electricity, water, gas, daily pool and garden maintenance, one spare sheet and towel per person, internet, DIGITURK. Paid Services: Airport transfers, daily cleaning upon request, daily tours, car rental. Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1,500 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance and if no damage is done to the house, the fee is refunded on the check-out date.
