Beautiful, 5BR/3BA pool home in Highlands Reserve golf community. Great entertaining home with screen enclosed pool in covered lanai. Large master bedroom with a garden tub in the master bathroom. This amazing comes with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals for your loves ones. The first bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third, fourth and fifth rooms have 2 twin beds each. It also includes a game room with a pool table. It is located close to Disney parks, in a residential community with a tennis court, community pool and playground. Only minutes away from the attractions, shopping and restaurants! Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74C. The minimum age required is 18. Office hours from 9am to 10pm. Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability. BBQ and pool heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
