You will love this cozy vacation home because now you can finally relax. It was remodeled in 2016. This villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen and is fully furnished. Swim or float away in the pool watching the sunset. There is a perfect view of the gorgeous lake where you can see all of the nature and wildlife! The bedrooms are spacious for stretching out and relaxing. It is a home for everyone... Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees. The minimum age required is 18. BBQ grill and Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival. Office hours from 9am to 10pm. Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability. NO landline phone is provided

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
