Fit for up to 12 guests, this pet-friendly home epitomises beach house luxury with two outdoor decks and a fully-fenced yard and is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and famed Split Point Lighthouse.
A breezy, open-plan living and dining area features a chic fireplace and striking views over the treetops. Treat this as a luxurious escape or an elegant base to discover all the Great Ocean Road has to offer.
Beach house chic at its best, this striking home features light-washed timber flooring, rustic wooden furnishings, white stone benchtops and a frame of floor-to-ceiling windows. Sunlight streams into the home morning and night and two second-floor balconies allow for effortless indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy al fresco dining in the sunshine as you gaze out over the ocean and down towards Lorne.
The second floor seamlessly epitomises open-plan living. A fireplace acts as the centrepiece of the extensive living room while a large, well-equipped kitchen comes complete with a centre island and endless cupboard space. All of this sits alongside the dining room that is complete with a stunning solid timber table that can fit all guests.
Four bedrooms offer up nine beds, including the plush master bedroom fit with a walk-in-robe and ensuite. The main bathroom sits downstairs and has a shower and bathtub while an additional toilet is upstairs.
Additional luxuries include a powder room, outdoor BBQ and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The rear yard is fully fenced accommodating guests with pets. Pets are allowed indoors, however not on the furniture.

Perched between Torquay and Lorne, Aireys Inlet is an ideal pad to explore the breathtaking beauty of Australia’s most iconic coastal road. Coast-hugging highways will take you from the spectacular waves of world-famous Bells Beach and the turquoise bays of Anglesea to the lively coastal town of Lorne—all within 20 minutes drive.
Spot the wildlife against a backdrop of beautiful ocean views on the Torquay to Lorne Coastal Walk or trek the Surf Coast Walk that stretches from Moggs Creek all the way to Jan Juc.
End your day winding down with a beer on the outdoor deck at Aireys Pub followed by dinner at the locally-loved A La Grecque, where you’ll enjoy dishes like pistachio-crumbed fish and vegetarian moussaka.
There is space for two cars to park on-premises, as well as free parking in the street. The home is about 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne Airport. There is also a bus stop about 5 minutes walk from the house.

HOUSE RULES
• It is important that the number of guests staying in the house is as per your booking request. Please ensure the number of occupants at the house does not exceed the number stipulated.
• We have a strict NO SMOKING policy at our house
• We arrange for the house to have a full clean prior to your arrival. We request that you leave the house in a clean and tidy state and treat it as if it were your own home.
• Guests agree not to create any nuisance or excessive noise, causing annoyance to the owners or occupiers of any nearby premises. No parties or functions please.
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received.
• All loud music must cease by 11.00 pm
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
• As the guest of the property, you are responsible to take due care of the property. Guests are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the booking dates.
• We reserve the right to request payment from the security deposit lodged should the following additional expense result from your stay at our house:
o Extra cleaning including BBQ, putting away of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glassware etc.
o Lost keys and remote controls
o Unnecessary call outs, breakages or damage.
o Missing linen, towels or items removed from the house.
o Rejection of rubbish collection due to incorrect usage.
• As a guest of the property, you indemnify us and the owners of the property of any liability caused by you or your guests which may arise during your stay at the property.
