The Home
Timberline I4 is a wonderfully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with a cozy ski decor. The kitchen has been nicely renovated with granite countertops. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. When the conditions are great, you can ski down to the Sunrise chair to access all the wonderful trails at Killington. The wonderful sports center offers and indoor pool and hot tub as well as a fabulous workout facility. In the summer, there is a wonder outdoor heated pool and hot tub as well as an area for you to barbecue.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No Smoking
- Pets in pet friendly properties only with prior approval and an additional pet fee.
- Minimum Age Requirement is 24.
