Fabulous property for larger groups. You can even bring the boat! There are two separate two bedroom units downstairs and a three bedroom unit upstairs. Great for families who want to holiday together but also have the privacy when needed.
Front yard has a gas BBQ and grassed area for the kids to play.
Downstairs units each contain fully equipped kitchen, small living and dining area, bathroom and 1 x Queen bed & 2 x Single beds.
Upstairs unit has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge / dinning room and bathroom. Three bedrooms, 1 x Queen bed, 1 with 2 single and one with a tri bunk. There is a balcony with a Gas BBQ and outdoor furniture.
So close to Shoal Bay Beach, just one minute walk and a 5 minute stroll to Shoal Bay Waterfront where you can find restaurants, shops and cafes. Suitably priced for the perfect family holiday.
