The dining area features a dining table and chairs to accommodate up to 6 persons, where you’ll devour your home-cooked meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential kitchen appliances featuring a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee machine for your convenience. Master Bedroom This heartwarming bedroom features a king-size bed with bedside tables and lampshades and flat-screen television, where you’ll enjoy your movie nights comfortably in bed. An en suite bathroom features a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. The second bedroom with a similar style featuring two single beds. Guest Access Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including a Gym, shared Swimming, and private beach access. Interaction with Guests All our Holiday Home properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any inquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays, and other various concierge services at an additional cost. Other things to note Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival. We provide one complimentary cleaning session, once every 7 nights stay. Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled to the cleaning sessions. The Neighborhood The apartment is located at Anantara residences in Palm Jumeirah. AlNakheel Mall is a short drive away from the building where you will find all the stores that you might need and a grocery store is a short drive away from the apartment. Dubai International Airport is about 40 minutes drive away from the building.
