This modern, architect designed three-bedroom home is sure to please any family looking for a fabulous beach getaway. With sea views, manicured gardens, spacious kitchen and dining areas and plenty of room for everyone. You are able to access the bushwalking track via the rear gate to enjoy a leisurely stroll through the national park. There is a balcony on the first level for outdoor entertaining and the kids will love the trampoline, swings & sandpit. The property is a 10-minute walk from the back beach (not patrolled at all) or just down a bit further the family friendly Point Roadknight beach (patrolled in summer months) or jump into the car and head to the main beach where surfing, boogie boarding or the local nippers program is held in the summer months.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
