This Smoky Mountain cabin is the perfect place to host your family reunion, retreats, and friends’ getaways. Rocky Top Views offers 3 stories with wrap around porches. From the back porch, you will have a panoramic view of the Great Smoky Mountains. The best sunrises come complimentary with this cabin. Each Story has 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, a living area with sleeper sofa and tv. Your main level has the kitchen and dining area. The second and third floor each have a game room. There is no shortage of friendly competition whether it be shooting a game of pool, rocking the foosball table or paddling at the ping pong table. Soak in the hot tub or relax on the porch swing. The possibilities are endless at this cabin!
Pets are allowed! ***There is a $75 + tax non-refundable pet fee for each pet. Small dogs only. Max 2 Pets; Max 40 pounds per pet and must be crated if left alone on the property.***

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
