This pretty stone house located in Trsteno is an excellent place for holiday of two or more families. The garden and terrace are full of Mediterranean plants and flowers. The house consists of the ground floor, the first floor and the second floor. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bathroom and a living room, while on each upper floor there are two bedrooms with a bathroom. The kitchen is positioned 5 m away from the house in a separate building, which is connected to the terrace. From the windows of all the bedrooms on the upper floors, there is a beautiful view on the sea and the nearby islands. Trsteno is well-known for the beautiful Arboretum which dates to 16th century and is situated less than 50 m away from the house. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. Bath towels are also provided. This property comes with Free Wi-Fi.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
