This beautiful holiday home with pool is located in the quiet village Brgod, above Raški Zaljev and the small fishing village Trget, and offers you a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The well-kept interior and various play facilities are ideal for a stay with a family or a group of friends. Refreshment and relaxation during the summer months can be found in the beautiful outdoor pool. In the evening you can prepare your favorite dishes on the barbecue. The first beaches are in the town of Trget, famous for its excellent seafood restaurants. During your stay, visit the historic town of Labin, where many cultural events take place during the summer and the tourist town of Rabac. In about 40 driving minutes you will reach the historic town of Pula with numerous ancient monuments. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. Bath towels are also provided. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
