This stunning beachfront property is located directly opposite the pristine waters of Shoal Bay, with a private rooftop entertaining area boasting a built-in stainless steel BBQ, sun lounges and a dining setting where you can relax, dine and enjoy the Port Stephens lifestyle with breathtaking views of Tomaree Mountain National Park and the sparkling waters of Shoal Bay.
The newly updated apartment offers an air-conditioned, open-plan lounge and dining with a fully equipped kitchen including all modern stainless steel appliances. The living area leads out to another private, covered balcony on the main level of the apartment with a dining setting, perfect for alfresco meals.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with balcony access and built-in robes. The air-conditioned master bedroom also features a king bed, ceiling fan and ensuite, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate bath, and there is an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. This property has secure underground parking for 2 cars, with lift access to the main floor of your apartment only (please note that the rooftop terrace is accessed only via internal stairs)
Holidaying opposite Shoal Bay Beach means that if you wish, you can park the car and forget about it because everything you need for a fabulous beach holiday is within walking distance. There is your choice of beaches to swim at including the crystal clear, calm bay waters just metres from your door, plenty of water activities including kayak or stand up paddle board hire (availability is seasonal-based) , the public wharf, a boat ramp to launch the jet-ski, bike and walking trails, BBQ and picnic facilities along the foreshore, and a multitude of cafes, shops and restaurants along the foreshore, including the popular Game Fishing Club and Country Club Hotel. If you do want to venture slightly further afield, other local attractions include an array of water sports, golf, sand boarding, camel rides, and Murrays Brewery to name a few – whatever type of holiday you are looking for, Aura Apartments provide the ideal base for your stay.

- This property requires a $ 1,000 security deposit to be paid prior to arrival. This is refundable within 14 days of departure as long as there is no damage, excess cleaning, evidence of smoking, anti social behaviour proven.

- This property is strictly non-smoking, including all inside and outside areas (including balcony and rooftop).
