The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate bath, and there is an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. This property has secure underground parking for 2 cars, with lift access to the main floor of your apartment only (please note that the rooftop terrace is accessed only via internal stairs) Holidaying opposite Shoal Bay Beach means that if you wish, you can park the car and forget about it because everything you need for a fabulous beach holiday is within walking distance. There is your choice of beaches to swim at including the crystal clear, calm bay waters just metres from your door, plenty of water activities including kayak or stand up paddle board hire (availability is seasonal-based) , the public wharf, a boat ramp to launch the jet-ski, bike and walking trails, BBQ and picnic facilities along the foreshore, and a multitude of cafes, shops and restaurants along the foreshore, including the popular Game Fishing Club and Country Club Hotel.
