Enjoy the perfect winter ski holiday in a luxury three-bedroom, three bathroom apartment in charming and exclusive Rougement and Gstaad. Recently restored and decorated, and facing south-west for plenty of sunshine, this chalet apartment with garden extends over two floors. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs and one bedroom , with it’s own separate entrance, and with a king size bed and a pull-out sofa bed downstairs. It’s perfect for extra privacy.
The living room has a fireplace for cozy evenings. Very large windows offer lots of light, great views of the mountains, and a beautiful dining room for 8 people. The kitchen is brand new with an induction stove, a large refrigerator and all the "tools" necessary for the gourmet cook. There is a utility room with a Miele washing machine and dryer. Excellent WIFI of course and there is a TV in the living room.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
