This beautifully furnished - 2 BR/2 BATH, self-contained apartment featuring an open planned kitchen, comfy living area with 2 sofa beds and attached dining is extremely spacious and can accommodate up to 8 people. Complete with free WIFI, Virgin media with over 230 channels being viewed on 55’’ screen, central heating, and a fully equipped new kitchen.
Being a new built, the flat boasts of Paquet flooring in the common areas while the 2 bedrooms are carpeted, and 2 bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling tiles. There are two safe boxes for valuable items should you require them, and each bedroom has its own built-in wardrobe. The master bedroom is ensuite and has a study area with a reading lamp and office chair for that busy executive.
There is a separate storage room which is ideal for tucking away suitcases, shopping bags and other bits and pieces. Inside the room is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc.
The guest has access to the entire apartment. Located on the ground floor, the apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. The spacious 2 double bedroom comfortably sleeps up to four. Bed configurations are to 2 king size beds or 4 singles beds plus a double sofa bed in the living room.
