Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements: • Downstairs Master Suite: King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, sliding glass doors opening onto the back deck, and an oversized private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. • Upstairs Bunk Room: King-sized bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, flat-screen TV, oversized bath, and sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the Sound. This room also features a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it ideal for families. • Third Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV. • Loft Area: Fouton with trundle and access to a private deck with Gulf views.
