Pelican’s Perch is a large, new 4 Bedroom Beach House directly on the Gulf of Mexico beach. This 2300 sq ft home sits on a private Gulf of Mexico half-acre lot with Lots of decks to enjoy the great Gulf views. This property has it all inside and out. There are 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a flat-screen television and access to a bathroom. There are 2 master suites with king-size beds; 1 master also has a twin pull out for additional sleeping. Each master has sliding glass doors to access the gulf side deck. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full-size beds. The kids’ retreat has 2 duo bunks, a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. The kitchen is a dream with lots of counter space and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a family dinner at the beach. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
- 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
- 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
- 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
- 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
- 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
- 7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
- 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
- 9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
- 10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
