Beautiful completely renovated apartment on the first floor of family house situated on the beach front, surrounded by pines and overlooking the coast and the bay. The place consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living & dining room. From the living room you come to the terrace with lounge and outdoor eating space, with retractable sunshades. The guests can use parking and outdoor Bbq in the garden. 5 to 10 minutes walk by the sea to the town center, 300m from market place.

15 minutes seaside walk to one of the best Adriatic Marinas "Marina Frapa".
Nearby is famous "dragon’s Eye Lake". 10 min walk to old part of Rogoznica where are lot of Restaurants, Bars and Shops. You can rent different types of boats, cars, bikes in the neighborhood.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
