HOT TUB IS CLOSED Look no further when looking for a place to stay in Columbia, South Carolina! Here at the Sweet Retreat, you can bask in the oasis that is our home all while being a stone’s throw away from Downtown Columbia! 5 mins to Riverbanks Zoo and Garden, 10 mins to Downtown Columbia, Canal and Riverwalk, University of South Carolina, and endless restaurants and shopping! Our home can sleep 12 guests and features a full kitchen, two dining areas, two living rooms, foosball table. We hope to host you! The hot tub is unfortunately currently out of commission.
The Space:
Guests will access the home with a code which will open the front door. The front foyer will welcome you into the home. You will walk through the front bedroom with tan chair on left of front entry to access the rest of the home. This bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
