This rural oasis in Tom’s Brook is a traditional Colonial home that sleeps 14 including a pull out sofa with two full bathrooms. The main house has three bedrooms and two full baths, making it the perfect getaway everyone! Strasburg is a quick five minute drive to pick up your morning coffee and cinnamon rolls at The Historical Homemaker Bakery, or grab dinner and drinks at Fireside Tavern after a day of exploring the historical sites, hiking, or kayaking!

The main floor of the home opens to the foyer, with the dining room and living room to your right, and another living space with additional bedroom to your left. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
