Sitting on over an acre of land, the Elmwood Farmhouse offers you and your guests ample privacy while remaining close to downtown! Take a quick 5 minute drive to Chattanooga Zoo or go 10 Mins to downtown and the nearby Tennessee Aquarium or explore the nature 20 mins away at Lookout Mountain. The Tennessee Riverpark and Chickamauga Dam Day Use Area is only 15 mins away. This home sleeps 12 in its 4 bedrooms with room for 2 more on the sleeper sofa in the living room. We hope to host you!
The Space:
You’ll enter the home through the front door with a code that will be provided to you upon check-in. The open style layout will greet you with the living room, dining room and kitchen at the front of the home. The dining table has room for 8 or more with two bench chairs and the fully-equipped kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs!

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
