This is amazingly planted cul de sac property. Right down the street from AMRDEC, this is the perfect spot for work and leisure. This house is a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom modern. There is a size-able backyard with a six seater table and chairs to enjoy time with family and friends. Feel free to utilize the bbq grill at your convenience. Many guests enjoy relaxing and enjoying our featured 50 inch Roku TV.
The Space:
As you walk from the driveway to the entrance, you reach the main entrance.
The Main Entrance has a digital lock, type in the 4 digit code and door will open.
Once in the house to the left will take you to the hallway. The first left down the hallway is a queen bedroom. There is a queen bed, 2 end tables, and 2 lamps and 2 luggage racks. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
