Cascina Bricchetto Langhe, a hamlet of traditional Le Langhe stone farmhouses, can be found at Trezzo Tinella (cn) about 10 Km from Alba and 3 km Barbaresco. The farmhouse, possibily the oldest in the area, is situated at an altitude of 550m at the top of a peaceful remote hill surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut groves as far as the eye can see. Two of the houses have recently been renovated to a very high luxury standard maintaining many original features and using natural and local materials. They are furnished with both antique and modern furniture and have the advantage that being built in stone which are warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They are completely independent of one another.
The views are extraordinary; a sequence of hills overlooked by Monviso and the Monte Rosa massif.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
