When you’re staying close to home, lounge about on the lanai or in the pool and pool spa. Soak in the tanning beach chairs for ultimate comfort.
Inside you’ll find a bright interior simply flooded with natural light. The high ceilings and modern decor set the tone of an air of welcoming throughout the place. With an open floor concept and so many places to gather, this home promotes togetherness as well as great conversation. The chef of the group will simply love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the beautiful kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, plenty of cupboard room, and a stunning floating island breakfast bar. Every bedroom is comfortable and stunning, but the main bedroom has a large TV for private viewing, and en-suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower, and private access to the lanai.
Please note, the pool has the option to be heated. Pool heat is available from October 1st through May 1st with a six-day booking minimum. 72 hours notification is required and the pool heat fee of $32 a day.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
