The Home
The house can host up to 5 people in its 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed can be added in the living area. Welcoming in the rational lines that characterize the exterior, the house inside, with a surface of 70 square meters, offers a very warm and intimate environment thanks to the vaulted ceilings in terracotta tiles, the exposed brick walls such as the wooden beams, modern and functional furnishings.
The view from the windows and any other opening, including the large panoramic windows, is truly wonderful. From here you will see the endless Piedmont hills that will make you find yourself living your wonderful holiday in a place on the edge of the world.

Inside the property there is also a well-stocked wine shop with the productions of the company that hosts the villa. In the surrounding area you can visit the Coazzolo castle, the Mango castle, the Borghese palace, and the Emotions Park. Every year in this area there is also the Truffle Fair with its food and wine specialties. It is scheduled from 1 October until the end of November in the Langhe, which has long been declared a UNESCO heritage site.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
